About the role
This part‑time, two‑year fixed‑term position provides technical and administrative support for the National System for Sexual Health (NASH) within NHS Lothian. You will act as a key liaison between NHS Lothian and external partner agencies to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical and administrative assistance for the development, implementation and maintenance of NASH.
- Coordinate communication and actions between NHS Lothian and external partners regarding IT system issues and updates.
- Support day‑to‑day IT operations, troubleshooting, and system documentation.
- Assist with user training and provide guidance on system usage.
Required profile
- Proven experience in providing technical and administrative support for IT systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
