About the role

Wise May are looking for a Talent Advisor to join a large London accountancy firm in the City. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly established organisation and support a busy, high‑performing recruitment team. The role is fast‑paced and hands‑on, focused on coordinating a high volume of interviews, managing candidate logistics and supporting the full early‑careers lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Managing all early‑careers recruitment from start to finish.
• Coordinating interview scheduling and logistics through the ATS system.
• Liaising with candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external early‑career professionals.
• Assisting with continuous improvement of recruitment processes, including automation initiatives.
• Ensuring a high level of candidate care and professionalism at all stages of the hiring process.

Required profile

• Previous experience within recruitment coordination.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, hardworking and positive approach.
• High attention to detail and ability to work at pace.
