Technical Coordinator

About the role

The Technical Coordinator will join the Technical Coordination Team supporting the STEP Programme. You will provide specialist advice on document management and SharePoint deployment, and help deliver training for the Plant Information Management System (PIMS).

Key responsibilities

• Advise project managers, lead engineers and team members on UKIFS document management processes.
• Deploy and maintain SharePoint sites for project collaboration.
• Support senior technical coordinators and project managers to meet delivery milestones.
• Facilitate and deliver PIMS training courses for the STEP programme.
• Coordinate project documentation and ensure compliance with standards.

Required profile

• Self‑driven and able to work autonomously in a highly technical environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with senior technical staff.
