Technical Trainer – EMEA (London)

About the role

Amplitude is looking for a Technical Trainer to lead customer education across the EMEA region from its London office. You will help customers adopt Amplitude’s analytics platform by delivering engaging, hands‑on training and ensuring they can extract maximum value from the product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate live virtual sessions, in‑person workshops and recorded/asynchronous trainings for customers, partners and internal teams.
• Customize learning experiences to match customer data sets and skill levels, from beginners to advanced analysts.
• Develop deep expertise in Amplitude’s products – Analytics, Session Replay, Experimentation, Guides & Surveys – and act as the go‑to resource for product questions.
• Use AI‑powered tools to design training materials efficiently and scale impact.
• Collaborate with the global Education team to shape curriculum and share insights from live engagements.
