Telesales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven and energetic Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for generating and converting leads, building your own pipeline, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify SME prospects and develop a strong, consistent sales funnel.
• Generate new business through outbound activity, including making ~25 calls per day and targeted lead sourcing.
• Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into high‑quality sales opportunities.
• Present our products and services, tailoring solutions to individual customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts; lead virtual meetings and negotiate commercial terms.
• Support new clients through smooth onboarding and ensure long‑term success.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted point of contact.
• Monitor customer performance, maximise value, and drive retention.
• Resolve client queries efficiently, collaborating with internal teams as required.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data integrity.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates for business planning.
• Organise and manage all sales documentation to support a seamless sales process.

Required profile

• Experience in telesales, sales, customer service, or recruitment with a target‑driven attitude.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Natural “hunter” mentality – proactive, resilient, and motivated to win.
• Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.
• Able to work with data to identify opportunities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
