TLM Developer (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced TLM Developer to join our team in London on a hybrid basis. You will be responsible for configuring and developing TLM reconciliation solutions and ensuring smooth upgrades and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and develop TLM reconciliation processes.
• Build and apply CT packages to target environments.
• Progress system changes, conduct component and integration testing up to UAT readiness.
• Design TLM schemas and utilize TLM Smart Schema.
• Amend configurations in Control to accommodate upgrades.
• Document all changes and new components for promotion.
• Understand and apply TLM match rules, initiations, and pass lists.
• Perform database indexing and performance tuning for dashboards and match rules.
• Manage user roles and profiles using Smart Studio.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with TLM Premium, TLM Control, TLM Recon Admin, TLM Design Studio, TLM Smart Studio, TLM Web Connect, TLM CT Tool, and TLM Smart Schema (v2.7).
• Mandatory experience with TLM Premium v2.5 or v3.0.
• Proven ability to develop applications in highly configurable environments.
• Technical knowledge of TLM product, vendor tools, UI customization, workflow, and database structures.
• Experience building and applying CT packages and conducting testing up to UAT.
• Strong documentation skills.
