About the role

Invesco’s Investment Solutions team is seeking a Trainee Client Investment Solutions Analyst for a 12‑month fixed‑term placement in London. The role offers school leavers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in multi‑asset investment solutions, supporting portfolio managers and advisory teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and analytical support to portfolio managers, including monitoring portfolio performance and cash flows.
• Conduct statistical and performance attribution analyses and assemble relevant data sets.
• Assist in developing investment solutions aligned with client objectives and contribute to client‑focused projects.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations and analytical materials for asset allocation and portfolio construction decisions.

Required profile

• Recent school leaver or graduate with strong numerical aptitude.
• Interest in investment management, asset allocation and multi‑asset solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, client‑centric environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques.
• Experience with performance monitoring and attribution tools.
• Strong Excel or equivalent spreadsheet skills.
