UX/UI Product Designer

About the role

A well-established global FX and CFD broker expanding its Design pod is looking for a UX/UI Designer to shape user journeys across web platforms and landing pages, balancing user needs with business goals. You will work closely with the CRO Manager, the Content pod and the Web Development team, from first concept through to release. Trading experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive, high-quality digital experiences across web platforms and devices, balancing user needs with business goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and polished UI designs, considering edge cases and scalability.
• Use AI and modern design tools to speed up ideation, explore multiple directions and improve design quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Web Development team, the Content pod and the CRO Manager to deliver seamless, user-centred experiences.
• Translate complex requirements into simple, engaging and accessible user journeys with a mobile-first mindset.
• Optimise user flows with the CRO Manager, using data, testing and performance metrics.
• Contribute to a shared design system and support user research, testing and validation.
• Work with developers through implementation, QA and release.

Required profile

• UX/UI or Product Design experience in an in-house, product or agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showing wireframes, prototypes and finished UI work.
• Experience with AI-powered tools and modern workflows.
• Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility and responsive design.
• Experience in financial services, trading or another regulated sector is an asset but not essential.

• Figma (strong proficiency)
