Vice President, B2B Marketing

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President of B2B Marketing to lead the Corporate Solutions & Industry Verticals portfolio. This senior leader will shape and execute data‑driven marketing strategies that accelerate growth, adoption, and engagement across financial institutions and key corporate verticals such as B2B travel.

Key responsibilities

• Transform the Corporate Solutions portfolio marketing into a unified, scalable, customer‑centric approach.
• Develop and implement data‑driven strategies that support Mastercard’s commercial payments growth ambitions, with focus on high‑growth verticals.
• Champion a consistent, customer‑centered value story across products, channels, and functions.
• Drive awareness and engagement for the portfolio by coordinating multi‑channel campaigns targeting C‑suite decision makers and user personas.
• Lead the creation of a robust content strategy, including white papers, social media, and hosted events.
• Partner closely with Product, Strategy, Commercialization, Sales Enablement, and broader Marketing teams to ensure differentiated value delivery.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in marketing strategy, operational excellence, and performance management.
• Deep understanding of the corporate banking ecosystem and B2B payment solutions.
• Strong proactive communication skills and ability to build consensus across diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
