About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to become the face of our Defence catering service. Working 36.25 hours per week on a full‑time basis, you will join a proud team that values food quality, brand reputation, and most importantly, its people.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and look after guests, ensuring they leave delighted.
- Serve customers with a seamless, personalised experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and make recommendations.
- Represent Compass Group UK&I positively and uphold brand standards.
- Comply with food handling, hygiene, health and safety regulations.

- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
