Account Executive – PropTech AI Sales

About the role

This is the first outbound hire for an early‑stage AI startup that automates day‑to‑day operations for UK lettings and estate agencies. You will build the sales motion from scratch, turning pilot agencies into a paying book of business.

Key responsibilities

• Call 40–60 independent lettings agencies daily from a founder‑built target list.
• Run live product demos (including the AI voice agent) on Zoom and close deals or secure paid trials quickly.
• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding for the first wins: load data, refine AI prompts, and raise engineering tickets as needed.
• Spend roughly 60% of time selling and 40% onboarding to stay close to delivery.
• Document every interaction to create a repeatable playbook (scripts, objection handling, pricing logic, closing tactics).

Required profile

• Proven ability to demo software live on Zoom within minutes.
• Hands‑on experience with large language models or AI agents (e.g., custom GPT, prompt‑engineered workflows).
• Owner‑operator mindset with strong buyer empathy.
• Background in PropTech sales or vertical SaaS selling to owner‑run small businesses.
