Account Manager

About the role

Pion is seeking an Account Manager to support its rapid growth and help expand its portfolio of brand partners. You will own a book of business, drive renewals and upsell opportunities, and act as the primary liaison between brands and our internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end account activities, focusing on business growth, renewals, strategic planning and upselling.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with brand partners.
• Lead regular check‑ins and strategic sessions alongside Customer Success, delivering performance reporting and data analytics.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and use internal tools to analyse data, identify trends and improve performance.
• Represent Pion at industry events such as PI Live, YMS and affiliate gatherings to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with media strategy and other teams to support the full sales lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a dedicated account‑management role within a fast‑paced commercial environment.
• Track record of growing a book of business, achieving revenue, renewal and upsell targets.
• Confident, personable client‑facing style with strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strategic mindset capable of spotting growth opportunities and translating data insights into action.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
