Account Manager – SaaS Solutions (Remote, UK)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to nurture and grow an existing portfolio of B2B customers for a leading UK SaaS provider. The role is fully remote with occasional travel across the UK to meet clients face‑to‑face. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients in HR, Operations, Payroll, Finance and IT to maximise the value of the software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of UK customers, building long‑term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, preparing proposals and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Conduct regular account reviews and commercial meetings via Teams and on‑site visits.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, customer success and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts and manage your own diary.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in account management, customer success or B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, technology or consultative environments.
• Proven track record of growing accounts through relationship management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial awareness with a consultative sales approach.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
