Advertising Operations Executive

About the role

You will lead the delivery of advertising operations for multiple campaigns, ensuring assets are uploaded and published across digital and print channels in the UK, US and worldwide. The role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to guarantee timely, on‑budget, high‑quality campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage trafficking, creative asset upload and troubleshooting of digital ads across platforms and ad servers.
• Set up, monitor and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn and display networks.
• Work with Customer Success, Marketing, Content and Sales teams to deliver flawless campaign execution.
• Analyse performance data, implement optimisation strategies and report insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with budget management, cost‑effective delivery and financial forecasting.
• Provide technical support for ad serving, tagging and tracking issues.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support client growth initiatives.
