Advisory Director – EMEA

About the role

Rogo is transforming global finance with AI that delivers speed, accuracy and insight. As Advisory Director, EMEA you will own the company’s major partnerships across the region and guide the world’s leading financial firms in building and executing AI strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies, including training, joint operations and alignment with enterprise partners.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from onboarding to expansion and renewal.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating explicit and implicit business needs into joint AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and go‑to‑market teams to deliver tailored solutions and define success metrics.
• Negotiate and close multi‑million‑dollar contracts and steer generative AI strategy for top financial services firms.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in a front‑office finance role with strong project‑management and communication abilities.
• Action‑oriented, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Curious about AI, technology and finance, and able to learn and explain complex concepts such as transformers.
• Self‑directed, autonomous and collaborative, with a high‑intensity work ethic.
