About the role
We are looking for a qualified teacher to deliver after‑school tuition in Maths and English for GCSE students in Camden. The role offers flexible, part‑time hours to fit around your schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned tuition in Maths and English up to GCSE level.
- Plan and deliver personalised lessons that meet individual learning needs.
- Support students with a range of abilities, including those with additional learning needs.
- Monitor progress, set achievable targets, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching Maths and/or English at secondary GCSE level.
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to adapt lessons to different learners.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
