Arabic-Speaking Project Coordinator

About the role

This contract position supports Arabic‑ and English‑speaking enterprise accounts for a leading AI‑driven corporate learning platform. You will act as the primary operational liaison, ensuring smooth onboarding, rapid issue resolution, and strong client adoption across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated operational contact for Arabic and English‑speaking enterprise accounts.
• Facilitate client kick‑offs, conduct 1:1 onboarding calls, and adapt lightweight training materials.
• Manage asynchronous technical troubleshooting: log bugs, gather screenshots/console data, and resolve issues within a 1‑to‑2‑hour SLA.
• Work a Sunday‑through‑Thursday schedule to align with regional client operations.
• Partner with internal Engagement Managers to track adoption metrics and platform utilisation.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Arabic and professional fluency in English.
• 2+ years of external client‑facing experience in implementation, customer success, or tech support within a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to work autonomously using collaboration tools.
• High adaptability to rapid software updates and dynamic feature changes.

What we offer

• 12‑month contract, initially 30 hours/week (8 AM – 2 PM) with potential to increase to 40 hours.
• Hourly rate of £19.87.
