Architect – Concept & Design Specialist

About the role

WSP is seeking a qualified Architect to support concept development, planning, and technical design across a variety of construction projects. You will contribute to the creation of presentation drawings, sketches, and sustainable design solutions while collaborating with senior project leaders and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and review architectural drawings under the direction of the Project Lead.
• Produce design concepts, project models, sketches, presentations, and construction documents.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines and budgets.
• Interact with clients and consultants, presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Prepare and archive architectural documents, elevations, sections, and details.
• Research products, assist with material selection, and incorporate integrated sustainable design solutions.

Required profile

• Qualified architect with experience in concept and technical design.
• Ability to manage junior staff and provide guidance.
• Strong organizational skills to track design progress and risks.
