Architect – Education

About the role

We are seeking an Architect to join our Education team in Birmingham. The role involves working on live education projects across all RIBA stages, from concept through to on‑site delivery, within a multi‑disciplinary, employee‑owned practice.

Key responsibilities

• Work on live education projects across RIBA stages, from concept to on‑site delivery.
• Produce detailed design, technical drawings and coordinated packages.
• Collaborate with interior, landscape and sustainability specialists.
• Engage with clients, contractors and consultants on active jobs.
• Partner with senior staff to deepen understanding of the education sector.

Required profile

• ARB registration and RIBA Part 3 qualification.
• Several years of post‑qualification experience in the UK, preferably with exposure to the education sector.
• Strong Revit skills for live project delivery.
• Solid design eye combined with technical confidence.
• Clear communication and collaborative studio approach.
