Assembly Operative – Aerospace Manufacturing (Full‑Time)

About the role

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a leading aerospace manufacturer in South Molton. The position offers full training and is suitable for candidates with manufacturing experience or strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble actuator components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Carry out quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
• Use precision hand tools and assembly equipment safely and accurately.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Identify and resolve basic assembly issues and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Required profile

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production or factory experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Good manual dexterity and confidence using hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is advantageous.
• Basic computer skills and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
