Assembly Technician – Electro‑Mechanical Assembler

About the role

The Assembly Technician will assemble electro‑mechanical products, including servo motors and printed‑circuit‑board sub‑assemblies, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. The role involves accurate assembly, testing, troubleshooting and reporting any faults while working safely with hand and power tools.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble components according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Build electro‑mechanical products such as servo motors and PCB sub‑assemblies.
• Test completed assemblies for correct operation and functionality.
• Perform basic maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Identify and replace defective assembly components.
• Investigate and diagnose faults in assemblies.
• Document assembly processes and test results.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
