Assessment Officer – Remote (SC Clearable)

About the role

We are seeking ten Assessment Officers to join a fast‑growing team that delivers online assessment centres for major UK government and public sector departments. The role is fully remote, SC‑clearable and offers the chance to develop specialist interview and assessment expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live online interviews, assessments and role‑play exercises.
• Assess candidates against behavioural and strengths‑based frameworks.
• Record assessment outcomes accurately and objectively.
• Provide support to candidates throughout the assessment process.
• Maintain a fair, professional and consistent candidate experience.
• Navigate multiple digital platforms while ensuring high attention to detail.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, assessment centres or similar people‑focused roles.
• Strong organisational and detail‑orientation skills.
• Comfortable using technology and making evidence‑based decisions.
• UK‑based and eligible to obtain SC clearance.
• Ability to work from a secure home‑office environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
