Asset Manager – Energy Infrastructure Projects

About the role

The Asset Manager will oversee existing and future energy infrastructure assets throughout their lifecycle, from development and construction to operation and expansion. You will add value to heat network assets and act as the senior point of contact for stakeholders and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and report on asset performance, risks and growth potential.
• Participate in the delivery of new energy projects during build and operational phases.
• Serve as the principal senior liaison for stakeholders and contracted customers.
• Collaborate with Development and Connection teams to identify expansion opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Identify improvement areas and implement strategies to enhance asset performance.
• Manage financial models and documentation to compare actual and forecast performance against investment cases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract negotiation, administration and commercial financial assessment for energy infrastructure assets.
• Strong background in financial and management accounting, reporting, cost control, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Ability to interpret and enforce contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
• Experience working on heat network or similar energy infrastructure projects.
