About the role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations. This role blends leadership, customer service, and operational management in a fast‑paced shoe store.

Key responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in leading the retail team.
Drive daily operations and ensure performance targets are met.
Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and excellent customer service.

Required profile

Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory or key‑holder roles.
Proven ability to drive KPIs and achieve results.
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills.
Flexibility to work a 7‑day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
