Assistant Store Manager – Retail (Liverpool)

About the role

Molton Brown is seeking an experienced, sales‑focused Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in running its lifestyle store in Liverpool. You will help deliver an immersive customer experience and drive profitable sales while developing your career towards full store management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day‑to‑day operations and step in as acting manager when required.
• Lead and coach a team of Sales Consultants to achieve commercial targets.
• Deliver store sales, KPIs and cost‑control objectives.
• Plan and execute brand‑activation events that maximise sales and customer engagement.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards to ensure the store is always ready for customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in premium retail or fragrance sales.
• Confident, self‑driven and able to lead a team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
