Associate Actuarial Consultant – Pensions

About the role

We are partnering with a leading pensions consultancy to add an Associate Actuarial Consultant to its growing retirement team. The position offers a broad consulting experience, delivering actuarial advice to trustee and corporate pension clients while developing both technical and client‑facing expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver actuarial advice to trustee and corporate pension clients.
• Produce technical calculations, reports and funding advice.
• Attend and contribute to client meetings.
• Support specialist projects such as de‑risking and member options work.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants and industry specialists across multiple disciplines.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified or fully qualified actuary.
• UK pensions experience obtained in consulting or a related environment.
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities.
• Confident communicator with stakeholder‑management skills.
• Motivation to develop actuarial and client‑facing expertise.
