Associate Director, Creative Strategy, Brand Partnerships

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring an Associate Director, Creative Strategy, Brand Partnerships in London. You will lead the global strategy team within the Brand Partnerships department, which operates as an in-house creative agency, and elevate brand partnership proposals to secure revenue from top-tier advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate innovative ideas that put insight or fact at the heart of every brand partnership.
• Lead the global team in creating branded content and experiential responses aligned with company strategy.
• Produce presentation decks that sell a strategic vision and narrative to stakeholders.
• Attend high-value client pitches as a lead strategist to secure major partnerships.
• Work with the Creative Solutions team to make sure each concept is delivered to a high standard.
• Identify new product opportunities with the Global Head of Brand Partnerships.
• Write engaging case studies showcasing key campaigns.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in a strategic brand partnerships role or creative agency.
• Proven ability to generate innovative, data-driven proposals.
• Leadership experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for high-level proposals.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English is essential for this global leadership position.
