Associate Product Manager – London

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our London team and help shape the next generation of legal‑tech solutions. You will work closely with senior Product Managers to translate user pain points into product features and drive continuous improvement across our suite of services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and cross‑functional teams to define product requirements and road‑maps.
• Gather, analyse and synthesize quantitative and qualitative user feedback to inform product decisions.
• Ideate, prototype and validate new features that align with business goals.
• Facilitate communication throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through launch and post‑launch monitoring.
• Deliver training and product knowledge sessions to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance metrics and recommend optimisation actions.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic novice with a strong interest in product management and legal technology.
• Empathetic towards users and able to articulate their pain points.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable taking ownership of multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
