Audi Vehicle Technician – Birmingham

About the role

We are expanding our workshop team at Listers Audi Birmingham and are looking for skilled Vehicle Technicians to deliver high‑quality service, repair and diagnostics across the full Audi range.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air‑conditioning.
• Diagnose and service EV and hybrid models using electronic diagnostic equipment, focusing on batteries, drive motors and control systems.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer standards and operate video reporting tools such as CitNOW.
• Collaborate with workshop colleagues to share knowledge and maintain customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Experience in the automotive sector as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, HGV Technician, Auto Electrician, MOT Tester or similar.
• Preferably experience with Volkswagen Group vehicles, but all qualified applicants are considered.
