Audi Vehicle Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audi Vehicle Technician to join our Birmingham workshop. The role involves servicing, repairing and diagnosing a wide range of Audi models, including electric and hybrid vehicles, within a professional dealership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air‑conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and service EV and hybrid vehicles using electronic diagnostic equipment, focusing on batteries, drive motors, auxiliary drive packs and control systems.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment to customer specifications.
• Complete all service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
• Collaborate with workshop team members to share knowledge and continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Previous experience working with Volkswagen Group vehicles is preferred.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday 08:30‑17:00 with occasional Saturday mornings.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality work and excellent customer satisfaction.
