About the role

Key responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to provide a home‑like environment for children.
- Supervise children at all times and maintain required staff‑to‑child ratios.
- Model best practice in line with regulatory guidelines.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to working within Early Years childcare.
- Desirable: previous early years experience, paediatric first aid, food hygiene.
