About the role

Kindred Nurseries are looking for enthusiastic Bank Staff to provide flexible, part‑time support in their early years settings. This role allows you to work around your personal schedule while making a meaningful impact on children’s learning and development.

Key responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to create a welcoming, home‑like environment for all children.
• Ensure children are constantly supervised and maintain the required staff‑to‑child ratios.
• Model best practice in line with regulatory guidelines and nursery policies.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Good time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Commitment to working within Early Years Childcare.

Required skills

• Paediatric first aid (desirable).
• Food hygiene knowledge (desirable).
