About the role

We are partnering with a respected insolvency practice in Manchester to recruit a Bankruptcy Administrator. This role offers the chance to manage a full portfolio of personal bankruptcy cases from initiation to resolution while ensuring compliance and high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of bankruptcy files, overseeing each case from start to finish.
• Liaise with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to gather information and facilitate resolutions.
• Prepare statutory reports and required documentation in line with regulatory standards.
• Monitor case progress to meet deadlines and regulatory timelines.
• Provide support to the wider insolvency team as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in personal insolvency or bankruptcy administration.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a busy team.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
