About the role
As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee you’ll bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, ensuring great coffee and memorable moments for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead smooth, efficient shifts
- Train and support new Baristas
- Energise and motivate your team
- Maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence
- Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep everything running well
Required profile
- A reliable role model with accountability and maturity
- A strong team player with great communication skills
- Energetic, positive and confident leading others
- Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure
- Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role
