About the role
Our client, a globally recognised education organisation, is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead end‑to‑end bid processes. You will work closely with sales and commercial teams to develop high‑quality proposals and ensure all deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information, write, edit, and compile bid documents.
- Maintain bid calendars, track milestones, and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Provide strategic advice to sales teams to improve proposal quality and win rates.
Required profile
- Proven experience in bid management with a track record of successful end‑to‑end deliveries.
- Strong bid writing and editing capabilities.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and clients.
