Bid & Proposal Coordinator (Birmingham/London)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Bid & Proposal Coordinator to own the end‑to‑end bid process for high‑profile tenders. Working from our Birmingham office (with occasional London collaboration), you will partner with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver winning proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to final submission.
• Coordinate RFPs, RFQs and tender responses, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Monitor procurement portals, track new enquiries and maintain an up‑to‑date bid pipeline.
• Research prospective clients to support business development initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase bid success rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a bid coordination or administration role.
• Experience within property, construction or professional services is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
