Brand Lead

About the role

Avant Arte is seeking a Brand Lead to own and develop its supply‑side brand, strengthening relationships with artists, galleries and institutions. You will shape brand strategy, lead key campaigns and ensure the company’s cultural relevance across the art world.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for building Avant Arte’s supply‑side brand, collaborating with the Artist team and senior leadership.
• Plan and execute major artist and edition campaigns, focusing brand activity on high‑impact moments.
• Integrate social, editorial, PR and content to deepen artist relationships and unlock new opportunities.
• Lead the launch and promotion of the 2027 Collector Report and subsequent institutional engagement programmes.
• Manage external PR agency to increase volume and quality of brand‑building press.

Required profile

• Strong creative judgement with a clear point of view on brand distinctiveness.
• Ability to translate brand ambition into actionable priorities and programmes.
• Proven track record of building reputation and long‑term relationships in the art or cultural sector.
• Leadership experience, having managed people and driven cross‑functional collaboration.
• Approximately 7+ years of experience in brand, marketing or creative strategy roles, with a background spanning social, content, editorial or PR.
