Brand Manager – Beauty & Fragrance

About the role
As a Brand Manager you will create and deliver an exciting brand experience for consumers across all touch points, from ATL to BTL. You will lead innovative launch plans and campaigns, using market and consumer insight to grow market share and drive profitable growth for a leading beauty group.
Key responsibilities
- Support the creation of local strategies and growth plans for the category and brand.
- Drive local 360° plans for new product development and existing products in line with global strategy.
- Manage the full brief process, agency relationships, internal alignment and execution, including creative production.
- Collaborate with external PR and influencer agencies to boost awareness, consumer engagement and brand sentiment.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with global marketing, sales, retail operations, training and field sales teams.
- Own the brand budget, handling invoices, purchase orders, monthly accruals and budget trackers.
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑campaign analysis to capture learnings and actions.
- Develop and deliver brand presentations for retailers, agencies and internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in a brand management role.
- Passion for the beauty and fragrance category and understanding of the UK retail environment.
- Commercial, solution‑focused mindset with the ability to work in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration and confident presentation skills.
- Excellent planning, organisation and project‑management abilities.
Required skills

- Salary £50‑55k per year, plus a 10% bonus.
