Business & Change Analyst – Remote

About the role

This position supports a prestigious client undergoing a major business change and IT transformation. Working remotely, the Business & Change Analyst will act as the essential bridge between business stakeholders, third‑party providers and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct AS‑IS and TO‑BE process evaluations and document business processes.
• Gather and analyse requirements, arrange and facilitate workshops.
• Develop process flows, user stories, use cases and activity diagrams.
• Create business cases and benefits analyses for key stakeholders.
• Produce prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts, incorporate feedback and evolve them into working solutions.
• Collaborate with data teams to define data and MI requirements for digital platforms.
• Provide training to staff on newly implemented systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on a variety of business functions and technical projects.
• Experience with ERP projects is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications.
