Business Development Manager – ISO Quality Assessment

About the role

We are seeking a senior Business Development Manager to drive growth of ISO quality assessment services within the industrial sector. You will work with a global organisation operating in 51 countries, developing new client relationships and delivering project‑based inspection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and secure new logo clients for industrial inspection services, focusing on project‑based opportunities.
• Develop and execute proactive business development strategies to enter new markets, sectors and customer segments.
• Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation, qualification, bid submission, negotiation to contract award.
• Build senior‑level relationships with engineering, procurement, quality and asset‑integrity stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven success in winning new logo business and securing inspection‑led projects in a B2B industrial environment.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of ISO standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001.

What we offer

• Salary £55,000‑£60,000 per year.
