About the role

Join Zurich’s 10‑week Business Management Summer Internship in Farnborough, where you will take on real responsibilities and gain a strong understanding of the insurance business and how we serve our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support various business areas such as Claims, Underwriting, Zurich Municipal, Operations and the Customer Office.
• Participate in a development programme that provides key skills and knowledge to enhance your career.

Required profile

• Penultimate‑year university student aiming for a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent).
• At least 96 UCAS points from three A‑Level subjects (or equivalent) and A*‑C in Maths and English GCSE.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational and influencing abilities.
• Drive, enthusiasm, willingness to learn and ability to build strong working relationships.
• Full, indefinite right to work and reside in the UK, with at least three consecutive years of residence.
