Business Protection Adviser

About the role
The Business Protection Adviser will counsel clients on a range of business protection solutions, including key person, shareholder, executive income, loan protection and life cover. You will work to grow new business, maintain high customer satisfaction and support the team in meeting commercial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business income by converting leads from introducer partners and self‑generated opportunities.
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores measured through internal and external surveys.
- Manage relationships with lead‑generation, customer‑service teams and insurer account managers.
- Collaborate with employee‑benefits colleagues to identify referral opportunities.
Required profile
- Experience in the financial services market with a focus on business protection.
- Holding or willingness to study towards a CII RO5 certification.
- Proven ability to convert enquiries into sales.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with insurers, clients and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
