Business Sales Executive

About the role

Join Knightsbridge Commercial, part of K3 Advisory Group, as an Outbound Business Sales Executive in Bolton. You will be responsible for generating leads through B2B calls and guiding small‑business owners through the process of selling their companies.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential SME owners and start meaningful conversations.
• Use the in‑house CRM system to record interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
• Arrange appointments for Corporate Directors when owners show interest.
• Deliver a high‑quality, empathetic customer experience with speed and diligence.

Required profile

• Ambitious and driven to build a career in sales.
• Friendly, upbeat, professional and a strong team player.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in a target‑driven environment is beneficial but not essential.

Required skills

• Basic salary of £27,000–£32,000 with uncapped commission (OTE £40,000, top performers £50k+).
