CAD Technician – Interior Fit‑out Projects

About the role

We are looking for a CAD Technician to join a leading interior design and fit‑out company that delivers high‑end commercial and residential projects. You will work closely with senior designers to translate client specifications into detailed AutoCAD drawings, using visualisation tools to bring concepts to life.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit AutoCAD drawings for interior fit‑out projects.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop concepts using Enscape and D5.
• Prepare documentation and design packages for commercial and residential clients.
• Support senior designers with revisions and on‑site coordination as needed.

Required profile

• Background as an Architectural Technician, CAD Designer or similar.
• Experience using AutoCAD in an interior design or fit‑out environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (up to two days remote).
• Ability to commute to Birmingham and surrounding West Midlands areas.
