Care Assistant – Competitive Pay, Flexible Hours

About the role

We are looking for compassionate Care Assistants to join our team on the Isle of Wight, supporting older adults in Freshwater and surrounding areas. You will help clients maintain independence by delivering person‑centred care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing and toileting.
• Prepare meals and carry out basic cooking.
• Perform light household tasks such as cleaning and tidying.
• Shop for food and essential supplies.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance for block‑paid roles (drivers). Non‑drivers may apply for hourly‑paid positions.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Flexibility to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends on a two‑week rota.
• Good English communication skills.
