Care Assistant – Full Training Provided

About the role
This is a rewarding Care Assistant position delivering person‑centred domiciliary care to individuals in their own homes across Birmingham and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver person‑centred care in users' homes following individual care plans.
- Assist with personal hygiene, nutrition, hydration and medication support.
- Provide companionship, help with shopping, meal preparation and light household tasks.
- Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing of service users.
Required profile
- Compassionate, reliable and caring attitude.
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes in Birmingham and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work flexible hours (16+ hours per week) and both full‑time or part‑time.
- No prior experience required; full training provided.
Required skills
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
