Casualty Claims Handler

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Casualty Claims Handler to join a leading Norwegian insurer based in Manchester City Centre. The role offers a hands‑on environment where you will work closely with underwriters, risk engineers and analysts, making early decisions that influence claim outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle EL/PL casualty claims from initial report through settlement.
• Collaborate with underwriters, risk engineers and analysts to assess risk and determine appropriate actions.
• Prepare clear written reports and communicate claim status to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate claim records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Solid grounding in EL/PL casualty claims handling.
• Aspiration to achieve CII qualification.
• Strong oral and written communication, time‑management and presentation abilities.
