Casualty & Liability Claims Technician – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Casualty & Liability Claims Technician to join our team on a fully remote basis. In this role you will investigate and manage employer and public liability claims across the UK, ensuring compliance with client standards and delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate employer and public liability (injury and TPPD) claims from initial report to resolution.
• Gather and assess evidence, calculate liability and quantum, and prepare detailed reports.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Settle claims where appropriate, adhering to policy terms and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate case records in line with service standards and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Experience in handling casualty or liability insurance claims within the UK.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UK employer and public liability legislation.
• Familiarity with claims management processes and documentation.
