CCTV Infrastructure Lead

About the role

Unity Recruitment is looking for an experienced CCTV Infrastructure Lead to oversee a portfolio of CCTV projects within Parking Services. You will be responsible for delivering new installations, upgrades, and integrations while ensuring compliance with legislation and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of CCTV projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement new CCTV systems, technological enhancements and integration with parking enforcement solutions.
• Manage procurement, contract negotiations and ongoing maintenance programmes.
• Represent Parking Services on corporate initiatives that affect CCTV operations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing CCTV infrastructure or surveillance technology projects.
• Proven ability to deliver large‑scale projects within set budgets and timelines.
• Experience overseeing contractors, suppliers and external service providers.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV legislation, regulations and best practices.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience in Project Management, Engineering, IT, CCTV/Surveillance Systems or Transport Technology.
