Change Manager – ERP Transformation (2‑yr FTC)

About the role

The UK Change Manager will lead the rollout of a global change‑management strategy for a new ERP system across the United Kingdom. Working as the local change lead, you will partner with stakeholders and end‑users to drive engagement, manage resistance and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute stakeholder mapping, impact assessments and communication plans using ADKAR and ICAP frameworks.
• Coach senior leaders, build Key User and Super User networks, and coordinate training and UAT activities.
• Plan go‑live readiness, monitor adoption metrics, and provide post‑implementation hyper‑care support.
• Produce change‑management reporting and maintain change‑readiness dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment to align change activities with project timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior change‑management role on large‑scale ERP transformations.
• Background in engineering consultancy with exposure to the nuclear sector is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement and influencing skills, able to challenge without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and coaching abilities.
• Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

What we offer

• Base salary of £90,000 per annum (DoE)
• Car allowance of £6,000
• Performance bonus up to £10,000
